Boxercise is an exercise class based on the training concepts boxers use to keep fit. Classes can take a variety of formats but typical one may involve shadow-boxing, skipping, hitting pads, push-ups, shuttle runs and sit-ups. Our Boxercise classes are aimed at men and women of all ages and fitness standards.

- Over 20 years fitness training experience
- Former NSW & Australian boxing champion
- Health Science degree (Occupational Therapy)
- Level 1 NCAS Accredited Boxing Trainer
- Certificate IV in Fitness (personal trainer)
- Certificate III in Fitness (fitness instructor)
- Member of Australian institute of personal trainers

 
 
Class Times
Wednesday & Friday    12:30pm - 1:00pm  &  5:30pm - 6:00pm
 
 
Class Fees
Your first WEEK is completely free of charge, giving you a chance to take part and see if Boxercise is for you.
If you decide to begin your Boxercise training there are several different options to choose from.
Depending on your level of commitment your instructor can advise which option may be most suitable.
